Refund and Return Policy

At OffertePr1m3, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As per European consumer protection laws, you have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract and return your item within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to return the item via email before the 14-day period expires.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels attached.

  • Not a personalized or intimate/hygienic item (if opened).

3. How to Initiate a Return

Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the shipping label without contacting us first. The return warehouse address may differ from our administrative office.

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@offertepr1m3.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for Instructions: We will provide you with the correct return shipping address and a Return Authorization Code.

  3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Since you paid for your order via Cash on Delivery, we cannot refund the money to a credit card.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  2. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer. You will be asked to provide your IBAN and Account Holder Name.

  4. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account after the refund is initiated.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at info@offertepr1m3.com.

Please attach photos or a video clearly showing the defect. In the case of a verified defect, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
