3. Orders and Payments

  3. Payment Method: Most orders are processed via Cash on Delivery (COD). You agree to pay the total amount to the courier upon delivery.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Since we are not the shipper:

  • We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or damages that occur during transit.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties

We do not handle physical returns at our registered office.

  • Right of Withdrawal: As per consumer protection laws, you have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt.

  • How to Return: To initiate a return, you must follow the instructions provided inside the package or on the receipt provided by the Supplier upon delivery.
